Privacy Policy

The short version

TickUp is an interface to public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. We keep as little about you as we can, we never sell it, and anything you do on-chain is public by nature.

What we collect

  • Your wallet address — needed to show your balances and send your transactions. It is public on the blockchain.
  • Sign-in details — signing in is handled by Privy. Depending on the method you choose, Privy processes your email, social account or wallet; we receive an identifier and your wallet address.
  • What you publish — a token's name, logo and links, your profile name, X handle and picture. These are written on-chain or pinned to IPFS and are public and permanent.
  • Support messages — what you send through the support form, including any contact detail you add.
  • Technical data — IP addresses and request logs kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and rate limiting, and anonymous page-view statistics.
  • Your browser — preferences such as theme and watchlist are stored only in your browser.

Who else processes data

  • Privy (sign-in and embedded wallets), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Pinata / IPFS (images you upload).
  • Robinhood Chain RPC providers and block explorers (reading the chain); your browser contacts the explorer directly to list your tokens.
  • X (to show profile pictures and follower counts), and market data providers such as Dexscreener.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we never hold your funds or private keys.

Your choices

You can stop using the site at any time and clear its data from your browser. Information written on-chain or pinned to IPFS cannot be deleted by anyone. To ask about data we hold, use the support form.

Changes

We will update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date above.
